Each serving has roughly 15mg of natural caffeine from the black tea. For reference, an average 8oz coffee will have roughly 100mg of caffeine.

We use whey protein isolate (WPI), which is a very pure source of complete protein. Extra filtration during processing removes extra fat, carbs, and lactose making it a better choice for lactose-sensitive folks.
